If you are a beginner, i suggest you to use Marketiva, which is a very good platform to start trading with and very easy to use.
Marketiva gives you 5$ real to start trading so you don't have to deposit and if you made profit from it you can cash out, this is why it's very good for beginners. Their platform is very easy to use and they have support during trading hours.

I guess that the short answer to your question is CAREFULLY! Whilst it is possible to make a good deal of profit with Forex trading this usually follows an extended period of considerable losses whilst you try to second guess the direction of currency markets. Don't 'jump' into systems without properly doing your research. It is never wise to jump into any trading environment without paying a great deal of attention to the risks that may prevail! Whilst it is possible to make large profits very quickly it is also possible to make huge losses very quickly unless you have taken the time to master technical skills in any undertaking. Many of the financial instruments that you will come across are "leveraged", meaning you only have to invest a small amount up front, but gain access to a much bigger share.
I would certainly recommend:
- taking time to research all of the available options;
- join some online forums to exchange ideas / information / strategies (lthough remember most forums are full of relative newcomers, like you, looking for some advice..);
- find a mentor / join a member site that provides strategies and support to new starters.
